This happened immediately after I purchase one of the games currently on sale and got the confirmation both in the storefront and via email (thank goodness). Games which I know I own no longer show the download button in the store, but rather the button for making a purchase. Library says OFFLINE on my PS4, and the Playstation Store both on my PS4 and through the website will not allow me to 'logon' and get access to my purchase information or downloads list.
